Payouts

All winner payouts at ModNationals are issued by check at the event. To ensure accurate accounting and timely distribution of funds, all checks must be deposited or cashed within 30 days of the date on the check.

• Checks become void after 30 days.
• The payout account is closed at the 30-day mark, and the funds are no longer available after that point.
• Racers are responsible for depositing their checks on time.
• If a check is presented after the 30-day validity period, it cannot be reissued or honored.
• This policy is communicated before and during the event and applies uniformly to all racers.
