This must be identified at tech and if you happen to run quicker than 10.0 and you are in the street class, that run does not count towards qualifying.

CLASS RULES

ET Limit for STREET CLASS ONLY
In order to keep the Pro cars out of the “Street” class, we are making an ET Limit. The ET limit in street class is 10.00 with no breakout. You can run a 9.99 in qualifying but it won’t be counted. You must have one pass in qualifying 10.0 or slower to qualify. During eliminations, In the event both cars run quicker than 10.0, the slowest of the two ETs will win.
