• Minimum weight: 2,750 lbs
• Any clutch, any transmission
• Fuel limited to E85 or MS109
• NMRA Factory Stock tire rules allowed

NMRA Factory Stock Crossover (2025 NMRA Rulebook)

• Stick cars: any clutch, any transmission, E85 or MS109 fuel
• Automatic cars: E85 or MS109 fuel
• NMRA Coyote Stock tire rules allowed

NMRA Pure Street Crossover (2016 NMRA Rulebook)

• Pushrod 5.0L – 2,950 lbs

Engine and Weight Classes

• 4.6L 2V – 2,475 lbs
• 4.6L 3V – 2,525 lbs
• 4.6L 4V – 2,675 lbs
• 5.0 HO – 2,275 lbs
• Coyote Gen 1 – 2,775 lbs
• Godzilla 7.3L – 3,175 lbs

Weight Adjustments

• GT350 intake – +25 lbs
• GT350 throttle body – +25 lbs
• Cobra Jet / billet / carbon fiber intake – +100 lbs
• Vacuum pump – +50 lbs
• Dome pistons – +25 lbs
• Titanium valves – +25 lbs

Non-Class Competitors

• Non-class vehicles are permitted
• Must meet all general safety and class rules
• Any fuel type permitted
• Will be assigned weight or configuration requirements at the discretion of event staff
• Subject to approval and verification at any time

Power Adder Restrictions

• Turbochargers are not permitted
• Superchargers are not permitted
• Nitrous oxide is not permitted

Body

• Aftermarket hoods, bumpers, and trunk lids permitted
• Must retain stock doors and fenders
• Hoods may be bolt-on or lift-off style
• Hood modification allowed for clearance only
• No air intake modifications through hood

Glass

• Aftermarket lightweight windows permitted
• Must appear OEM
• No exposed rivets, screws, or fasteners
• Door windows must remain in factory track

Lights

• Functional headlights and taillights required
• Headlight removal for intake purposes is not permitted

Interior

• No interior requirements

Intake System

• OEM and aftermarket intakes permitted
• Porting permitted
• Welding and epoxying prohibited except for repairs
• All incoming air must pass through an air filter

Carburetor

• Single carburetor allowed
• Maximum 850 CFM
• Carburetors over 850 CFM: +25 lbs

EFI

• Any fuel injectors permitted
• Ford EFI and Holley EFI permitted
• Any tuning system permitted

Throttle Body

• Single throttle body permitted
• 4-barrel style throttle body: +25 lbs
• Dual throttle bodies are not permitted

Cylinder Head and Valvetrain

• Any OEM Ford cylinder head permitted
• 4.6L 2V may run Trick Flow 2V heads: +150 lbs
• Porting permitted
• Welding only for repairs
• Minimum combustion chamber size: 42cc
• Titanium valves prohibited

Camshafts

• No restrictions

Pistons

• Any piston permitted
• Must have three rings
• Gas porting permitted

Rods

• No aluminum rods
• Must use .866 wrist pin
• Must be 5.993” length

Crankshaft

• Must maintain stock stroke within .010”
• Main journal within .010” of stock
• Rod journal minimum 2.0”

Crankcase Ventilation

• No vacuum pumps allowed
• Breathers permitted

Oiling System

• Wet sump permitted
• Dry sump permitted: +50 lbs

Cooling System

• Water only
• No coolant or additives permitted

Fuel System

• Fuel restrictions apply under crossover classes
• Non-class competitors: any fuel permitted
• Any fuel pump permitted
• Fuel cooling systems are not permitted

Exhaust

• Maximum collector size: 3”
• Maximum exhaust OD: 3”
• Mufflers not required

Transmission

• Any manual transmission permitted
• Vertigate and H-pattern permitted
• Ford automatic transmissions: -100 lbs
• TH400 permitted at base weight

Clutch / Flywheel

• Must be SFI rated
• Minimum 10” clutch
• Must be foot-operated

Converter / Flexplate

• Must be SFI rated

Bellhousing

• Must be SFI rated

Driveshaft

• Steel or aluminum permitted
• Carbon fiber prohibited

Rear End

• Any rear end and gear combination permitted

Suspension

• Rear must retain stock mounting locations
• Relocation brackets permitted
• No ladder bars
• Coilovers restricted per class structure

Wheels

• Any wheels permitted
• Minitubs permitted

Wheelie Bars

• Prohibited

Tires

• Radial and bias ply permitted
• Maximum width: 10.75”
• Maximum height: 28.0”

Front Suspension

• Aftermarket K-member permitted
• Coilovers permitted
• No staggered front wheels

Brakes

• Any hydraulic brakes permitted

Electronics

• Aftermarket ECU permitted
• No traction control devices permitted
• Data loggers permitted

Fluids and Track Containment

• Water only in cooling systems
• Vehicles leaking fluids will be removed from competition

Return from Pass

• Must return under own power unless directed otherwise

Staging and Readiness

• Must be ready when called
• Failure to report may result in disqualification

Technical Inspection

• All vehicles subject to inspection at any time

Towing

• Towing permitted to staging lanes after scaling
• No towing across scales
• Towing to scales only allowed after a failed pass

Conduct and Operation

• All participants must follow staff direction
• Unsafe behavior may result in removal

Final Authority

• All decisions made by race officials are final
