The 9.5 Index allows for a .1 breakout. You can run a 9.40 and it’ll count. If you run 9.39, the run won’t count during qualifying and eliminated during eliminations. Only exception is a double breakout, the slower car will win. For example, a 9.39 will win over a 9.35.

Engine must be a Modular/Coyote 4.6/5.0/5.4/5.8 based V8 Ford engine. Internal modifications are permitted

TRANSMISSION

Any transmission permitted. 

COOLING SYSTEM

Any cooling system permitted. In cab intercooler tanks permitted along with under the hood and trunk.

EXHAUST

Any header size/tubing permitted. Open headers, down pipe permitted. Bumper/Fender exit permitted.

FUEL-DELIVERY SYSTEM

Any fuel system permitted and fuel location permitted. 

FUEL

All fuels permitted.

TURBOCHARGERS

Permitted. 

SUPERCHARGERS

Permitted.

NITROUS

Permitted.

OILING SYSTEM

Wet and dry oiling systems permitted.

INTAKE MANIFOLD

Air intake coolers and/or ice boxes allowed in passenger compartment. Trunk mounted ice tanks permitted. 

REAR END

OEM or Bolt in 8.8 or 9 inch

TRANSMISSION

Any manual transmission permitted. 

K-MEMBERS

Aftermarket K-Members permitted, but must attach to the chassis using only the original factory OEM type mounting bolts in the factory mounting location. Motor plates ok. No part of the K-member may be permanently attached to the chassis. K-member may be modified in oil pan area to allow oil pan enlargement or removal.

CONTROL ARMS

OEM or tubular stock type control arms required which must be attached in stock location.

SHOCKS/STRUTS/SPRINGS

OEM or aftermarket shocks/struts/springs permitted. May use coil overs.

SUSPENSION

Stock type suspension may utilize aftermarket, direct replacement type suspension components including aftermarket replacement shocks, springs, coil overs and/or control arms. All stock type 3-link and 4- link suspensions must maintain stock lateral angles and attachment points, but may be moved up or down on rear axle. Aftermarket torque arms permitted. Stock-type, ladder bar, and racing 4-link rear suspension systems are permitted (Pro Cars only).

CHASSIS

All cars must retain complete stock chassis, floorboard, firewall, and frame rails. Frame rails may be modified in front of the strut tower. Notching of chassis for clearance is permitted. All cars can remove spare tire wheel well and cover with sheet metal.

BODY

OEM steel (fiberglass/composite if OEM equipped) body shell required. Aftermarket body parts are permitted as long as factory appearing and are limited to hoods, front bumper covers, fenders, doors, and rear deck lids. Hood is required. Any rear wing permitted.

FIREWALL

Stock firewall required 

ELECTRONICS

2 step, and aftermarket ECU permitted

LIGHTS

Headlights and brake lights are required (one headlight may be removed for induction)
